Welcome to Stobo AI ("Stobo", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stobo AI website at stoboai.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Stobo AI

Stobo AI is a script-to-shotlist and storyboard generation tool that uses artificial intelligence to help filmmakers, content creators, and production teams transform written scripts into structured shotlists and visual storyboards.

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You may not share your account or transfer it to another person without our written consent.

3. Subscription Plans & Credits

The Service is offered in tiered subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Studio) and pay-as-you-go credit packs. Plan features, credit allowances, and pricing are described on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable recurring fee until you cancel.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Credits do not expire while your subscription is active and reset/refill according to your plan terms.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period.

4. AI-Generated Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the scripts, prompts, and creative inputs you submit ("Inputs"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you also own the shotlists and storyboards generated from your Inputs ("Outputs"), with the following limitations:

  • You grant Stobo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate the Service.
  • AI-generated imagery may include similar elements across users with similar prompts — exclusivity of style is not guaranteed.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your Inputs do not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract underlying models, prompts, or training data.
  • Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or anti-abuse measures.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without an express commercial agreement.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) and infrastructure (Cloudflare R2, Scalev payment gateway). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages, behavior changes, or output of third-party systems.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior. You may close your account at any time by contacting stobo@bunzovisuals.com.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, complete, fit for a particular production, or free from bias. Always review generated content before using it for client deliverables or public release.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stobo AI, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
