Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Stobo AI. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for subscriptions and credit-pack purchases made on stoboai.com.
1. Subscription Refunds
1.1 First-time subscribers — 7-day satisfaction window
If you are subscribing to a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Studio) for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided that:
- You have generated fewer than 50 shotlist entries or 20 storyboard images during that period.
- The request reasonably demonstrates that the Service did not meet a feature you expected.
Refunds in this window are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
1.2 Recurring renewals
Recurring (auto-renewed) subscription charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.
1.3 Plan downgrades & upgrades
Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle — no prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of the current cycle. Upgrading is prorated and you are charged only the difference between the two plans for the remaining cycle.
2. Credit Pack Refunds
Credit packs (Spark Packs) are non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been consumed. Unused, unopened credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase by contacting support.
3. Service Failures & Goodwill Refunds
If you experience a verifiable Service outage of more than 24 consecutive hours, or a system bug that permanently consumed credits without producing a valid output, contact support and we may issue:
- Credit reimbursement (refilled credits or a daily Studio pass).
- A partial cash refund proportional to the impacted time, at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after the 7-day window for first-time subscribers.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (you can always regenerate using your remaining credits).
- Account termination resulting from a Terms of Service violation.
- Charges that have been disputed via chargeback without first contacting our support team.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at stobo@bunzovisuals.com with:
- Your account email.
- The Order ID or invoice number.
- The reason for the refund request.
We review every request manually and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Scalev. Our refund decisions are final and are executed through Scalev's refund flow. You may also be entitled to additional consumer protections under your local law, including the Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (UU Perlindungan Konsumen No. 8/1999).
